Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how memberships sold by Square 1 Consulting LLC can be cancelled and when refunds are available. It covers the membership purchase only. Travel reservations, supplier bookings, taxes, and resort fees arranged later are governed by the separate terms shown at the time of booking.
What you are purchasing
A membership purchase grants access to club resources and planning support for the stated period. It is not a travel reservation, a prepayment for a specific trip, an investment, or a timeshare. No specific property, rate, discount, or availability is guaranteed.
14-day refund window
You may request a full refund of the membership fee within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not already used membership benefits to complete a booking. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the refund window
After the 14-day window, membership fees are generally non-refundable for the remainder of the term because access to club resources has been provided. You may still cancel at any time to stop future renewals, where applicable.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email support@square1consulting.com with the name and email used at checkout and your Stripe receipt or order reference. We confirm every cancellation and refund request in writing. Refunds are issued only to the original payer.
Travel bookings are separate
Cancelling a membership does not cancel any travel you have already booked, and refunds for travel inventory, taxes, and supplier fees are subject to each supplier’s own cancellation rules disclosed at booking — not to this policy.
Billing questions and disputes
Charges appear on your statement as SQUARE1 CONSULTING. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us first at support@square1consulting.com so we can resolve it quickly before you file a dispute with your bank.
