These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of memberships offered by Square 1 Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). By purchasing a membership you agree to these terms.
Memberships and what they include
We sell annual vacation travel-club memberships that provide access to curated resort and rental options, planning support, and member-only booking resources. Memberships are not investments, timeshares, prize offers, or guaranteed-discount programs, and they do not guarantee specific properties, rates, savings, or availability.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in USD and are charged at checkout through Stripe. We do not collect or store card numbers on this site. Charges appear on your statement as SQUARE1 CONSULTING. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Travel inventory and supplier terms
Travel inventory, supplier rules, taxes, resort fees, cancellation policies, and final prices vary by destination and travel date and are set by third-party suppliers. Any reservation you make is a separate transaction subject to the supplier’s own terms disclosed at the time of booking.
Refunds and cancellation
Membership refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate purchase information, to use membership resources for your own travel planning, and not to resell, misuse, or misrepresent the membership or its benefits.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Memberships and planning support are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing, or availability of third-party travel suppliers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
